Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Jess’s Pink Party Booth! We are committed to providing a fun, professional, and memorable experience for your event. Please review our rental policies below: Booking & Payment Policy * A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable payment of $200 are required to secure your event date. * Your event date is not reserved until the payment has been received. * The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the event date. Event Access & Setup * We require access to the venue at least 60 minutes prior to the start of service for setup. * The rental area should be within reasonable proximity to a power source. * If outdoor setup is requested the booth must be protected from rain, and excessive wind. Damage & Liability *The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or event attendees. * Jess’s Pink Party Booth reserves the right to stop service if equipment is being misused or if conditions become unsafe. * We are fully insured and take every precaution to protect our equipment and your guests. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Retainers are non-refundable. * Rescheduling request will be accommodated when possible based on availability. Photo & Video Content * By renting our services, guests acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event. * Unless otherwise, requested in writing Jess’s Pink Party Booth may use event photos and videos for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms. * Client privacy request will always be respected. Equipment Malfunction * In the unlikely event of equipment failure, we will make every reasonable effort to restore service. * If service cannot be restored, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of service affected. Weather Policy * Outdoor events must provide adequate shelter for all equipment. * Service may be suspended or canceled if weather conditions pose a risk to guest, attendance or equipment. Digital Galleries * Digital galleries and photo downloads are typically delivered within 3-7 business days following the event. Conduct * We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, threatening or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or equipment. Force Majeure * Jess’s Pink Party Booth, shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, power or venue related issues.
